We know about the effects of the big & small daily tensions that grind and wear us down. On a physiological & personal level, letting go of stress is one of the healthiest things we can do for ourselves. Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy allows your body to deeply RELAX.
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy was developed in the early 1900’s by the American osteopathic doctor, Dr. William Sutherland. He appreciated the relationships between the bones of the skull and spine, the connective tissue membranes and the pumping of the cerebral spinal fluid. These patterns of motion and stillness can be used to assess and treat the entire body.
Sessions
Treatments are usually 1 hour long but can range from 20 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on your needs.
I am currently booking housecalls only.
If you are located in Toronto, your treatment will take place in the comfort of your own home.
A Session with Me
I love Craniosacral therapy! I’ve been curious about the human body and its healing processes since I was a teen. I’m fascinated by anatomy and physiology from a scientific perspective and with the healing arts from a creative, spiritual and humanistic perspective.
Each Craniosacral session is a powerful, restorative experience. Our bodies are highly responsive, and the work of healing is both physical and metaphysical, taking place on many different levels.

About Leah
Since I was young, I’ve always wanted to help others in any way that I could. My personal experience as a teen with severe headaches led me eventually to a Craniosacral practitioner. Her touch was able to help me after trying so many other types of treatments – both allopathic and alternative. I was so impressed with the resolution of my headaches that I thought to myself, “I’m going to learn how to do this for other people!”
In my practice, I am sensitive to your words, your presence, your body’s motion, its holding patterns and its stillness. With my hands, I listen intently and mindfully to your body, holding space and facilitating a profound, innate healing process. It’s really a privilege to share these heightened moments with you.
I graduated from the Heartwood Institute of Massage Therapy (California) and then completed the three-year program in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy with the Institute of Complementary Therapies.
I have been working as a Craniosacral therapist for twelve years. I’m a member of the Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America and licensed as a Holistic Practitioner with the City of Toronto.
